Design thinking workshop I conducted in 2015 for 16 Staples associates across multiple organizations. The workshop was delivered over 10 days starting with a full day immersion in the design thinking process. Teams of four were asked to conduct customer interviews, consolidate their research, and complete their problem statement within the first day. The Staples product design team then conducted ideation sessions with each team and built frameworks that allowed them to down select from their concepts. Finally the design team worked with them to generate their final concepts and prepare the presentations. Each group presented their final concepts on day 10 in a 20 minute presentation.
